1. Are all Kuschelknoten toys handmade?
Yes – every toy is crocheted by hand in Switzerland, stitch by stitch. No machines, no mass production – just slow, careful craftsmanship made with a mother's love.
2. What materials do you use?
Our toys are made from ultra-soft chenille yarn and filled with hypoallergenic stuffing. We use only high-quality, baby-safe materials.
3. Are the toys safe for newborns?
Yes! The yarn and filling are baby-safe, and the safety eyes are securely attached.
4. How big are the toys?
Most plush animals are between 30–35 cm, depending on the design. Small variations are normal and part of their handmade charm.
5. How do I wash my toy?
To keep your toy soft and beautiful:
- Hand washing is best to keep it fluffy and perfectly shaped.
- If needed, machine wash at max 30°C on a delicate cycle (hand wash preferred).
- Lay flat to dry naturally.
- Do not hang to dry — it can stretch the shape.
- No tumble drying.
- No ironing.
6. How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1–3 business days.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes – all domestic and international shipments are sent via Swiss Post. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
8. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on your location.
9. What if my package arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will take care of everything. Your satisfaction is very important to us.
10. Can I return or exchange my purchase?
Due to the handmade nature of our items:
- Returns are accepted for unused products within 14 days
- Custom pieces and diaper cakes cannot be returned or refunded

11. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes – we provide gift packaging on request. You can also add a message using the "Special instructions for order" field during checkout.
12. Will all toys look identical?
No – and that's the beauty of handmade. Each toy has tiny, lovable variations that make it absolutely unique.
