At Kuschelknoten, every order is prepared with love and care from our small studio in Switzerland. Here’s how your handmade companions travel to their new homes.

Processing Times

Because each piece is crafted with care:

  • Ready-made items: Ship within 1–3 business days.
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces: Usually 5–10 business days.

Orders containing both ready-made and custom items ship together once everything is complete. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation once your parcel leaves the studio.

Shipping With Swiss Post

All orders — Switzerland and International — are shipped safely with Swiss Post.

Shipping Within Switzerland

  • Delivery time: 1–3 business days
  • Tracking included
  • Costs shown at checkout

International Shipping

We ship worldwide with Swiss Post International.

  • Delivery time: typically 5–14 business days
  • Tracking included where available
  • Customs/import fees are the buyer’s responsibility

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout. We always pack your order safely.

Local Pickup (By Email or Phone Only)

Local pickup in Egnach TG is available with prior arrangement.

Returns & Refunds

Because of the handmade nature of our products, we kindly ask you to review the return rules below:

Ready-made items (unused)

May be returned within 14 days in original condition. Not opened, not used.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Custom or personalized items

Cannot be returned or refunded, as they are created especially for you.

Diaper cakes

Cannot be returned or refunded.
They are custom-assembled, delicate, and not resellable once opened.

If Something Arrives Damaged

If something is wrong with your order, please reach out within 48 hours so we can help.

Wrong Address

If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately.
If the parcel has already shipped, we cannot guarantee redirection, but we’ll do our best to help.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once handed over to Swiss Post, transit times are out of our control — but we’re always here to support you with tracking or inquiries.
